Have you heard of the Magic Castle – Los Angeles’ exclusive, members-only haven for the worlds greatest magicians, mind-readers and practitioners of deception? 

Behind is unassuming bookcase lies a labyrinth of hidden theaters, mysterious bars, and some of the finest sleight-of-hand in the world. A meeting place for magician royalty, this legendary venue is only accessible to members of the The Academy of Magical Arts – and only a select few are ever invited to join. 

This year, Denver magician James Lopez sets his sights on becoming one of them.

Armed with ambition and tricks, James is stepping into the spotlight to prove he has what it takes – with a full length audition show that’s equal parts magic, storytelling, and self-revelation.

Part performance, part confession, part tribute, The Audition pulls back the curtain on the Magic Castle’s hidden history while showcasing one magician’s quest to earn his place among the greats.

Golden Colorado’s newest venue has opened, Gnarly’s is a small intimate theater located in downtonw Golden providing a great show atmosphere and space. 

Part nostalgic toy store, part comedy space, this venue promises to bring the best and brightest in performance to the city of Golden. 

On February 18th, James Lopez is leading a collection of magicians on a great tuesday night full of fun, mayhem, and general debauchery. Join us at 7:00PM

Denver’s Best Beer and Libations Show!

Strange Brews is a unique casual magic show offering audiences a chance to laugh, have fun, and imbibe great performances and drinks from Denver’s Best Magicians!

The show is simple with only 3 rules: 

-No Suits

-Every performer has a work in progress

-No Rubiks Cubes

As part of Omegan Entertainment, join James every Saturday from 6:30-10:30pm at Holey Moley indoor putt-putt. 

This amazing venue has 3 competely unique courses, great food, and a resident magician! 

This weekly residency allows you to have fun, play some games, and see some great magic in Downtown Denver.
